These add-ons can be bundled together for a custom quote—combined pricing may differ from the à la carte rates above.

Before the project clock starts, send one delivery: Part 1 (brief below) + Part 2 (Dropbox, logins, checklist).

Part 1

Creative direction & requirements

Put this in a doc or email — not Dropbox.

What to include: 2–4 reference sites (what you like or want to avoid); page list / sitemap; draft copy per page or a clear plan (copywriting add-on $100–250/page if you need drafts); form details (where submissions go, fields, booking/CRM). Clearer references usually mean fewer revision rounds.

Optional: Shopify apps, payments/shipping, chat or popups, pixels, platform preference — note what you already pay for.

Part 2

Assets, access & permissions

Use the cards for brand & images, then the hosting grid and checklist for domain, hosting, and platform access.

Cards marked Required must be complete for kickoff. Upload files through Dropbox — see Dropbox section — not email. Optional lines can follow without blocking the clock.

Brand Assets
Required
  • Logo file — SVG or PNG, transparent background
  • Brand colors — hex codes
  • Fonts — name or font files
  • Secondary logos, icons, watermarks
  • Brand guidelines doc if exists
Image Assets
Required
  • All photos — high res (1MB+)
  • Product images — white bg or lifestyle shots
  • Team / headshots with names and titles
  • Video files or YouTube/Vimeo links
Folder layout: Dropbox guide.
Domain
  • Domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
  • Login or DNS access
  • All active and parked domain names
  • Domain expiry date + privacy status
  • Subdomains in use (shop., blog.)
  • Email tied to domain — flag before DNS edits
Hosting
  • Hosting provider name
  • Account login or server credentials
  • Plan type — shared, VPS, managed
  • cPanel / FTP / SSH credentials
  • SSL active? HTTPS working?
DNS & Records
  • Current nameservers
  • Existing A records, CNAMEs, MX records
  • Third-party services tied to DNS
  • Has the domain been migrated before?
Platform-Specific
  • Shopify: store URL + staff invite
  • WordPress: admin URL + login
  • Webflow / Squarespace / Wix: collaborator invite
  • Custom: GitHub / GitLab repo access

Guide appearance

All assets submitted via Dropbox. Invite samuelsanchez175@gmail.com and harmonyStack@gmail.com with edit access. Build folders as page → section → files (diagram below). → Jump to the interactive folder explorer

Path you’re building (column view)

Like macOS Finder column view: each column is one folder level — click folders below to drill in; the next column shows what’s inside. Drop files in the matching folder in real Dropbox (e.g. hero images in hero/). Swap folder names for your sitemap anytime.

Drop into the right folder, then rename (no camera codes)
Illustration: a photo file moves into a folder; the name changes from IMG_9042.jpg to hero IMG_9042.jpg hero

Illustration only — in real Dropbox you’ll click folders in the sidebar or list, same as page → section → files.

Number page folders (01, 02…) to match your sitemap. Name files by what they are, not by camera codes.

Name Files Clearly
hero-banner.jpg not IMG_9042.jpg.
One Folder Per Page
Each page gets its own numbered folder.
Subfolders Per Section
hero/, testimonials/ inside each page folder.
Products by Category
Each product category in its own subfolder.
High Res Only
1MB+ per image. Export originals, not screenshots.
Still-Live Assets
Note the URL in a .txt — no re-export needed.

Read before submitting changes.

01
Take Screenshots
Go through the full preview carefully. Screenshot every area you want changed. Use Snipping Tool, Command+Shift+4 on Mac, or your phone.
02
Mark Them Up
Circle, arrow, or annotate the exact element on each screenshot. Use Canva, Google Slides, iPhone Markup, or any annotation tool. Vague screenshots cause delays.
03
Write Full Context
For each screenshot, write a clear explanation of what's wrong and what you want instead. "Make it bigger" is not enough. Reference a site or describe exactly what you mean.
04
Send One Complete List
Compile everything into one message. Do not send revisions one at a time over multiple days. Review the full site, collect all changes, then send them together.
One pass per revision round. Sending changes in pieces uses up rounds fast. Collect every change you want, review the entire site, then submit everything together in a single list. Rounds cannot be split or carried over — use them wisely.
