Request that your account and associated data is deleted

What we store in Supabase — nothing personal

CDL One Stop uses Supabase as the cloud database. We do not collect personal information. No name, no email from the app, no phone number, no location, and nothing that identifies you.

The only data in Supabase is about how the product is used, so we can see what helps drivers study:

• How the app is used — which screens and study flows people open
• Which tests are popular — General Knowledge, Air Brakes, endorsements, and so on
• Retention time — how long people keep using the app

Your scores, missed questions, streaks, and study progress stay on your device. They are not uploaded as personal records.

Delete everything on your device

Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac): Open CDL One Stop → Profile → Account → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm.

Android: Open CDL One Stop → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm.

That permanently wipes the User row on this device: test sessions, answers, badges, streaks, key dates, and module progress. There is no undo.

You can also delete the app itself. That removes all local CDL One Stop data from the device.

Delete the usage data we hold

A deletion request removes the associated usage records in Supabase — how the app is used, which tests are popular, and retention time. That data is not tied to your name or other personal information.

If you optionally signed in, email harmonyStack@gmail.com and ask us to delete your account and associated data. We confirm when it is done, usually within 1–2 business days.

Things we do not store ourselves

• App Store / Play Store purchase — Apple or Google holds billing. Apple refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. Play refunds: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Game Center — scores and achievements are Apple’s. Manage them in Game Center / your Apple Account.
• Calendar events — delete those events in Calendar, and revoke calendar access in iOS Settings if you want.
