★★★★★

“Clear packages, no surprise invoices, and the site actually matched the brand. Felt like working with a product team, not a template flipper.”

Client placeholder Brand / marketing site
★★★★★

“We needed Shopify that didn’t look stock. Launch was smooth and post-launch fixes didn’t take a week of tickets.”

Client placeholder E-commerce
★★★★★

“Shipped an App Store product end-to-end — UI, listing pages, support docs. Rare for a ‘web designer’ to own the full stack like that.”

What I do

One studio for the full stack of customer-facing product.

Whether you need a landing page that converts, a store that checks out cleanly, or an app on the App Store — the goal is the same: clear, professional work you can ship.

I use the same craft for client sites and for products I ship on the App Store — including CDL One Stop and Penwork Studio.

Custom websites

From quick fixes to full builds — custom design, mobile-first, performance-minded. No cookie-cutter templates.

Shopify & stores

Product pages, checkout, payments, and store UX that make it easy for people to buy.

iOS & web apps

MVPs to full products — including shipping App Store listings, marketing pages, and support docs.

AI where it helps

LLM features, smart workflows, and product tooling when AI actually improves the user experience — not as a buzzword.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn’t.

Honest filters mean better projects for both of us.

Great fit

  • Brands, creators, and shops that want custom — not a generic theme
  • Founders who need a real MVP or App Store product
  • People who value flat pricing and direct communication
  • Teams okay sending brand assets, copy notes, and timely feedback

Not a fit

  • “$50 logo + unlimited free revisions forever”
  • Projects that need a 12-person agency and weekly status theater
  • No brief, no assets, and “make it pop” as the only direction
  • Anything illegal, scammy, or brand-damaging

Penwork Studio app

Penwork Studio

FAQ

Straight answers before you write.

Who is Harmony Stack?

A solo design-and-build practice focused on websites, Shopify stores, and apps (including AI-assisted products). You work directly with the person building the work — not a handoff chain.

Do you only do websites?

No. Websites and stores are the core, but shipped work also includes iOS apps (like CDL One Stop and Penwork Studio), web apps, and LLM/AI feature integration.

How do payments work?

Projects are quoted as flat rates within the package ranges above. Typical flow is deposit to start, balance before launch — exact terms are confirmed in writing for your project.

What do I need to provide?

For most builds: brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), images, copy (or a copywriting add-on), and access to domain/hosting or platform accounts. A kickoff checklist is shared after we agree on scope.

Can you take over an existing site?

Yes — Quick Fix and Refresh packages are built for existing sites. Full rebuilds and new stores are Starter through E-Commerce.

Where are you based?

U.S.-based, remote-friendly. Reachable at harmonystack@gmail.com or samuelsanchez175@gmail.com, or phone (201) 745-7995.

Do you work with my existing Shopify or WordPress site?

Yes. Quick Fix and Refresh are built for existing sites. Full rebuilds and new stores use Starter through E-Commerce. Share your platform and URL in the inquiry form.

Who owns the site or code after launch?

You do. Deliverables and access are handed over at launch. I don’t hold your domain or codebase hostage.

Do you write content or shoot photography?

Copywriting is available as an add-on. Photography is usually client-supplied; I can recommend structure and help place assets. Product photos for stores should be high-res when possible.

What if I only need a landing page?

That’s a common Starter or smaller custom scope. Say “landing page only” in the form — you’ll get a quote that matches the real work, not a forced 10-page package.

How long until we start?

Depends on the queue. Many projects start within 1–2 weeks of deposit; rush delivery is available as an add-on when the calendar allows.
